The company is regionalizing customer support as part of a strategic initiative to maintain its leadership position in the evolving field of Energy Management Services (EMS). Known for its leading-edge technology, ista is also investing $6.2 million to further advance technology and adding Certified Energy Managers® to all regions of the country providing nationwide coverage.
In addition to the Denver office, ista will now have regional offices strategically located in San Diego, CA; Houston, TX; Jacksonville, FL; and Atlanta, GA. Each office has "pods" that focus on all aspects of a client's needs, supporting ista's commitment to customer-centric operations. Already in operational use for ista retail energy clients, the use of pods has decreased processing time and improved customer service. Now that same level of convenience will be available to all ista customers.
